    gorgeous, a very early photography look. Withered as the title is an unusual use of the term but it is strangely apt. well done.

    This is where that white vignette is really good -- is this of the three coffee tones effects? Very nice...

    John, I like this effect a lot. The Vintage/Antique works very well.

    I'm not usually a big fan of strong vignettes, but the vignette works very well in this case. It's a very compelling image.

    This would make a great note card for all the reasons already mentioned.

    Interestingly, I would call it "stalwart" rather than "withered." The lack of leaves doesn't indicate any form of weakness for me.
