Looking Out - B&W
When I posted the color version Looking Out had a few say try B&W, so I did.

It's a nice capture, and the mesh makes for some interesting texture. However I'd go back and look at your levels - is very dark, uses little to no whites, and doesn't show the full range of lights to darks that you need in a black and white image. Have a look at your histogram, and play with levels to get that hump spread out nice and evenly from pure black to pure white - at the moment it is firmly in the black third.

I like both Jim.
Color Identifys "Rusty", But the black and white is timeless. It could have been taken this afternoon or 100 years ago.
