    Park bench

This is a few years old but I have been reworking the postprocessing with some things that I have learnt since.

This was taken in Williamstown, across the bay from central Melbourne.

Just wonderful story being told. If only you had been able to move a little to the left so the dog's nose didn't intercept with the distant pole.

I love it, a good B&W photo. Crop the pole on the right side or crop the pole and the bench RHS. I think - maybe or maybe not. These are just thoughts.

Nice angle. I can see some merit in a slight crop from the right but what would that give for an image size ratio if you want to fit a 'standard size' ?

I wouldn't want to lose any more from top or bottom and there needs to be a bit of spare space on the left to keep a good composition.

Great shot! I wondered if they were together or not and then saw the lead. Very nice.

Great capture. It would also crop very nicely to a square format...

You are using CS5 -- it will be easy to remove that post from his knee to the dog's nose...otherwise, it is a good composition, but then I am biased -- I love dogs.
