    True Coffee lover

Taken in downtown Toronto last summer.
I noticed a young woman sitting and reading on the steps outside a soon-to-be-opened Starbucks location, as if patiently waiting for the opening, and seeing the humour in the scene, grabbed this shot.

That's a good one, shot and caption.

Great eye! Consider adjusting the skin tones by either adjusting them separately or by changing the white balance.

Nice one Robert, I like the humour and the framing.

I ask out of curiosity - do you post-process these once you have uploaded them as digital files?

    Simon,
    Of course.
Usually this is the course of action, with some cloning thrown in for good measure:
    Levels/contrast/brightness/colour balance/saturation/sometimes shadows/highlights/sometimes black and white/cropping/smart sharpen/sizing and saving.
At the very least, anything scanned must be sharpened before sizing and saving.
