Thanks Richard, since you have a doodle you know how charming they can be. We stopped at Home Depot today and we ended up chatting with a group of 3 women who were absolutely charmed by her. As a general rule if she and I are going somewhere I have to accept that anywhere we stop, we're going to be delayed because people just have to ask about her and pet her. Oh the burden we must bear.

Izzie, I've had women walk by and comment 'what a cutie...and the dog too' so yes, she is definitely a chick magnet and patting me on the head. I actually had to fake a phone call to get disentangled from a woman who was (she made it very clear) looking for a husband. On the other hand I've met a few 'famous' folks in the city because our dogs wanted to play. All in all she is an asset and one hell of a wing man (wing dog?).

Sergio, you have no idea I've thought about renting her out to guys looking to get dates, she is as Izzie said, a chick magnet.

Thanks Dan, in this particular instance I'd describer her appearance as 'haughty' but she is anything but...
She is an odd duck at times, she does not like her photo taken, seriously. She will stare right at me, or anyone else, but as soon as camera or phone is wiped out she immediately turns away. It is very difficult to get her looking right into the camera. I guess she's just one of those shy types.

I have had many breeds of dogs but, doodles are the ultimate chick magnets...

Our daughter is the latest conquest, she has a miniature doodle that looks like a tiny version of my Holly...

She named him Duke and I will be photographing him tomorrow when we have brunch with my daughter and her hubby for Mother's Day.

Here he was as a little puppy...

I like giving back to the CSP -- the state could never afford to hire someone, and I'm giving them memories they will have forever. I am eternally grateful to them. Tomorrow they are working inside in a 24,000 SF tactical facility. I can't wait to see what that brings :-)
