    The unique perspective here works very well for me. We know what it is, but it appears alien (I think, it's a flower right?). The green center has great balance with the anthers. Those filaments are perfect eye guides, visually interesting, and have a nice gradient. Good control over depth of field. I give this whole thing two thumbs up.

    Surely my favorite image of yours by far. Great texture, shape, color, depth of field, perspective and composition. Hang it on the wall and put a bright spotlight on it!

    Brian, this is excellent. Great composition and control of depth of field. The image takes us right into the flower - into Brian's 'world'.

    Ah, now that's better - much, much better than the previous shot of this Lily (I assume it is the same one).

    I like the 'tunnel effect' due to the petals above the cameras viewpoint coming towards us.

    Good one Brian. These subjects are great for when you get a macro lens and will be able to up the IQ a lot.
