Helpful Posts: We had a beautiful spring day here in the Finger Lakes region of New York State! It was warm and mostly sunny. We actually got a chance to get out to enjoy the spring weather!
We do have some nice spring colors, but in this area the trees were mostly still yellow and light green, so, in all but one image, I liked the monochrome versions of these images better than the color.
1.
This was almost to the top of the stairs going to the Upper Rim Trail at the top of the gorge.

Taughannock Falls. I like how at the top of the falls, the water is crisp, but naturally blurs as it falls. No ND filter needed

Nice set, Alex. The falls shots are nicely composed. I didn't like the B/W at first but once opened in the light box they are really nice. Excellent detail. No doubt some of the B/W gurus will chime in with PP suggestions. You chose a good perspective on the shots of the stairs. They succeed in giving the sense of their height. Something I never seem to hit on. Overall a nice set of images. Well done.

Thank you everyone for your comments!! I really appreciate it! Here are some of the color versions of the same images. I feel that the colors are very drab....but increasing the saturation and/or luminance just didn't look realistic.
