Tejal, you have a real talent for these shots of people laboring at life. IMO this is your natural niche. Shooting from below the subject was a good decision here. You ended up with a better shot of the woman's face. The two in the BG add context to the work that is going on. It would have been better if the person at extreme right was not in the image but we can only do so much.

Thanks for sharing daily life in your country. I learn something with every image that you post.

thanks Dan for your comment and for your kind words. I am glad you like my pictures. .

I have left the hand and the partial part of the body in extreme right with a thought that, that process i can show completed with those ladies in the back ground. But may be i could not represent it properly. .

I agree with Dan about the partial figure to the right, also that bit of land mass in the background doesn't really add much to the composition. Nicely captured.

I, too, agree with Dan. This is a very strong composition. The central figure being placed wholly against the sky is an excellent artistic choice and gives the image a great power that it would otherwise not have.

I agree with previous posts in that it is a nice image.
From an artistic perspective...I would clone out the utility wires and the rightmost figure without any cropping.
