Hi Tejal,

I agree with John, he's too far right of frame.

However, also consider the right hand edge, as it stands, I also find the small triangle of background above his head in top right corner, plus the trim of his hair around his ear, are distractions.

As an alternative, try simply cropping a little off the bottom edge; which will mean a different size ratio.
