    Field of Dandelions

Because powerful weed killers are banned in Ontario, Dandelions grow everywhere, and there is a large field beside a highway near our home that is covered in them.
To shoot them I used a camera and lens I hadn't picked up in at least five or six years, and finished a roll that was in it.
The photos are surprisingly grainy and had a strange colour cast possibly due to heat damage, but I liked the compositions enough to post this one anyway.

I like the overall effect. It's clearly not the norm, which is so obvious that it is appealing if for that reason alone. Fortunately, there are lots of other reasons for it to be appealing.

Nicely captured. I often get noisy skies when shooting at ISO 100.
