Hi Travis,
While #1 is a fair environmental portrait, in comparison #2 looks to be a very 'forced' and unnatural pose for (your?) young lady.
The red garment over her arm does you/her no favours either and focus has missed her eyes.
Perhaps many of the issues are because she moved just as you took the shot, I mention them only to be helpful as things to avoid next time.
Your exposure and White Balance looks good.

Nice set, I was wondering about the second image and the pose which Dave mentioned; wondered if it was posed or just a candid?
The image of the Sari Sari Store is pure Filipino. Makes me feel like I am back in the P.I. (BTW: the term P.I., or Philippine Islands, is still used to describe the Philippines - at least in Central Luzon).
Sari Sari Stores and Jeepneys are so typically Filipino that they should be recognized as national treasures...
