Here's how it works ...

- You good folks post images in the thread (please change your post title to a name for your picture)

- When we get 10 images we will attach a voting poll

- After 3 days the poll closes and the winner is declared!

- If you would especially like some critique after the competition poll closes, please make it known in the post

Hi Pat,

No apology necessary -- it's a common problem.

When you reply to a thread it automatically picks up the reading from the previous post - to "work around it" you need to click the "GO ADVANCED" button and change it before posting.

I'll see if I can get this changed.

I's not just static machinery, these guys really want to work it. But I do wish they would wear 'authentic period clothes'. These chaps are fine but so many have 'baseball caps' which just don't look right for a UK farmer of that era.

I like that very much. I have been thinking recently about shooting 'through' various materials, and frosted glass is a good choice. Not too keen though on the door handle, which tends to make it a little too obvious. A crop off the left would make a good shot even better, I think.

Yep that's sorted then; I'm definitely not going to Cardiff. It looks like some sort of pagan ritual where they get a sense of belonging by wearing a uniform, do this strange dance then kidnap an outsider for sacrifice to the great ram in the sky.
