Cotton Candy Clouds

Last night a line of thunderstorms were just clearing our area at sunset (great timing!). The lower levels were strongly colored by the sunset, I took a number of captures as the light and clouds were rapidly changing and this was my favorite. I shot at right angle to the light which helped bring out the shadows to give the clouds depth. I did not boost the vibrance very much to give it a more natural appearance. The vivid blue background are distant clouds in shadow. Comments welcome.

Thank you for your complimentary comments. I plan to print this one big for my home. In my past flying career, I flew through colored clouds like these and they filled the aircraft's interior with their vibrant color. These were brief, beautiful and memorable experiences I remember when I see clouds like these.
