    Abstract waves

    Hello everyone,

Haven't been here in a long time. I was recently trying something new, at least for me.....following waves as they broke while the shutter was open. Made for some pretty nice effects, I thought.

    Hi Bob,

The third shot appeals most to me for the colours.

Only minor niggle with it is that unlike the first two, it is not quite level at the horizon.

    Welcome back, Dave

I do this occasionally, Bob, with mixed results. I think the 3rd is the better of the three, and you could enhance it by selectively increasing the highlights in the wave.

Glad you made your way back here, Bob...my favourite is #3 with all the reasons already given...the first two are artsy kind of images. Ooopppsss! come to think of it, now that was the purpose of those shots...duhhhh!
