    A Palace...But i have Question.

    Hello All,
    I'm A begineer. I'm facing some issues with manual shooting.So i will ask you all for share your valuable critiques.
    How to manage the cloudy but bright sky ? it happens to me. either overexposed cloud with underexposed subject.
    this one is taken with Canon EOS550D, 10-18mm , 1/50s, f/7,ISO100, Matrix Mtr. AWB.

    I am not seeing your picture, Mrityunjo.

    If you are seeing it, then it may be that the settings at the host site (e.g. Tinypic) only allow you to see it.

    As for your question, obviously seeing the picture would help. However, the first thought is that the dynamic range (https://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tu...amic-range.htm) of the image may be too great for your sensor and that the scene would require you to use a Graduated Neutral Density filter on the front of the lens.

    Working to gain a complete understand of exposure and ensuring you can set your camera to get the best possible exposure of any scene that you photograph, is one of the fundamental skills in photography. The tutorials here on CiC are very helpful in this regard.
