    Nice pose, nice shot and great engagement with the eyes.

    I'd look to raise the shadows on the hair slightly - it gets lost against the background at present.

    I tend to process my portraits more than you, but even if you don't want to work on the under-eye area and skin blemishes, consider a small bit of brushing and blending to reduce the specular highlight on her forehead and the end of her nose. You don't want to lose them completely, it gives shape to the face, but they are a little harsh at the moment. You also have some stray hairs on the forehead that would be best cloned out. Once you're happy, don't forget to re-check your white point.

    These are nitpicks in processing but I hope they are useful. The image, as presented, is still well executed and powerful.

    I also agree with Simon's comments but that's a nice portrait Melania. My only other thought is about focal length. It's a striking pose but to my eye, her hand seems to be a little prominent. I can't access the image meta data but and I think that this is the effect of a fairly short focal length not the pose. The foreshortening that a longer FL would have introduced might have avoided this. I could be talking nonsense of course.
