Hi,
I've recently discovered this site and glad I did. I just purchased a sigma 10-20mm wide angle lens for my Nikon and came across the wide angle lens article here. Interesting articles and forums. I hope to learn a lot from this group.
I enjoy street photography, black and white and night photography.

Hi Suz,
You can already see how friendly we all are (thanks to all) and I would like to welcome you too.
Don't be afraid to ask questions either, as Dan says; we don't bite.
When I got the Nikon equivalent to your Sigma UWA* lens, I found one of the important things to bear in mind was keeping the camera level (not just left/right, but also up/down at the end of the lens) and I use a hot shoe mounting three-axis level useful for this.
