Nice angle on that one, Brian.
I was trying some English Grasshoppers recently and they kept hiding behind grass stems; as I moved around to a better angle they also moved, always keeping the stem between us.

This fellow kept moving too. I got three good shots but this one was a problem. I was having trouble separating him from the bg. In semi desperation I tried the 'multiply' filter in Gimp. That gave me the basis for this dark side shot.
