I suggest you look it up (plenty on Google) but if you can use Photoshop actions then there is an Orton action on my Photoshop Actions file here... https://www.cambridgeincolour.com/forums/thread2256.htm You need to change the library names if not CS4. I'm never sure if actions run on basic Photoshop? There is also a good hi-pass sharpener there.
