I brought my camera into work with me today because I thought there may be some wacky weather. Instead I was in the right place at the right time to catch a squabble between 2 Ravens and a Snow Owl. Wish I could have gotten closer but I couldn't so taken at 140mm full zoom and lots of crop in PP.

Thanks Brian. I thought about cloning out the prop but I work at the airport where I took this picture so I thought the prop showed that the owl is sitting on a plane.

Great series Dave. I totally agree with you on the last image, cloning out the prop would not strengthen this image. How often do you see a snowy owl sitting on a plane?

You really were 'right place right time' and great images but man you need to sweep that tarmac, the chance of FOD is really high there by the looks of it

That's a part of a tarmac that is not used......no aircraft traffic. I don't work for the airport, I manage the government owned water bombers and helicopters.

Hell NO!!!! That's my favourite airplane in the whole wide world!!! No clone no crop, please...remove the bird instead. the bird is very pretty but its acidic poops are a bane on planes. Anyway, great timing here...
