Well this is my first graveyard shot. No particular goal in mind...just trying to make an interesting picture before it is my time C&C welcome.

Always difficult to find the best angle for this sort of scene but you have done well here.

Agreed with Geoff. It's always better to be photographing cemeteries from above rather than below.

I like it. Might I suggest finding a cooperative Raven for your next attempt?

It is a good mono image, Sam. The background building is a bit distracting - what do you think about cropping off its upper level, down to the top of the obelisk on the right third?

    Cheers.

    Re: Graveyard

Naaahhhh...I like it the way it is originally...lots of textures there like the knots of the tree. The little bit of sepia tint on the first one is better looking than the greenish/bluish tinge of the edit too. Not a fan of that colour in this situation. May I suggest injecting a ghost somewhere there to scare the bewhatever off me?

Either crop works for me. Nice conversion (and cool tone??). I guess this is a 'goal' you can't avoid - but perhaps not yet eh.

Nice one, Sam. It reminds of a scene from an old horror movie.
