Hi Tony.
Im a sucker for BW, so your second capture is in my opinion the best. The mood in the picture is som calm, and works almost de-stressing. The way it's lit is perfect, and the ripples from the water helps it even more. Great work!
Hi Tony, thanks for sharing. Very much enjoyed this series.
Very tender captures, nice abstract look to the third.
Tony, excellent shots! How did you do #2 in the first batch? It looks like it is underwater -- IT IS! underwater. What am I talking about? Now next useless question is --did you have a water cover for your camera? These images have so much cute factor I do not know which is my favourite so I went to your smugmug site...
Great sets, Tony. I think the mono images are excellent. These are the kind of images I would expect to see published in a photography book.
Second set is also very nice.
Hi Izzie,
Thanks very much for your comments. Image #2 in the first batch was the result of capitalizing on the instant the sea lion was emerging from under water. It creates a nice dreamlike quality, especially in black & white. I don't have a water cover for my camera. I use long zoom point-and-shoot cameras and in this case, I was far from the surface of the ocean.
