    A conundrum within a church

Spending some time in Tenterden Kent I attended a Tenterden Camera Club meeting. They announce that they were going to have a photo walk around town but I won't be there when it happens. So, I went and did it on me tod .

The local ancient church is St Mildreds is pretty attractive so I went to have a look. It was organ practice day so I was treated to appropriate music for appreciation of the architecture. This is the organist.

After looking at it, I notice that he had locked his bicycle to a portable music stand, or perhaps he locked the music stand to the bicycle.

It looked like quite a nice little town but if you need to lock up either when they are only a yard or so away, and inside a church, perhaps appearances are deceiving.

I also like the other two images you did not include here...did you feel a certain awe when you enter the church? Was the guy aware that were taking his picture? Sorry, so many questions ...

Also looks like he is trying to keep warm with a fan heater, weird, good capture

Chris, with the "Weather" the way it has been recently its difficult to know if he was hot or cold, though, since he's in a T shirt it might just be cooling him off!

He isn't a nun but perhaps it's just a habit. Here are the other two images from the blog that Izzie referred to.

Nicely done; the distortion in the first accentuate the dynamism in the first

Did you go around this church, Brian? In the first post there is a replica of the church on a desk sort of. I wonder if it is the replica or this church...
