    Back on the river.....

    Great to be back in Canada after several months in Egypt. Had to run down to the Ottawa River with the dog to get some shots of sunset....

    Excellent images; does the first image need half a degree rotation clockwise?

    That is a false horizon of shoreline receding into the distance so there is no way of deciding what is the correct amount of straightness; so just use whatever looks best.

    Both are good images with rather narrow darkish foregrounds which don't detract from the skies.

    Thanks John, my preference is the first as well but I couldn't resist the colour of the sky in #2.
