Helpful Posts: We built this frail, little 'withy' fence to keep our dogs out of our shade garden that they were destroying with constant trafficking.
Immediately, the wrens took to the fence as a place to perch. It took me a while to get this shot. Either the camera was not there or they simply didn't perch long enough or in the right spot.
Interestingly, I got one to perch close to me, not by sitting quiet & out of the way, but by intruding near its nest. They are quiet bold & territorial. Thus, I finally got my chance.
