A wonderful portrait with so many well-considered elements - background, lighting, pose.
If I was being really nit-picky I'd suggest that you've slightly overdone the whiteness of her teeth in post, but she may just have perfect teeth of course!
My wife and I celebrate six years next month; I hope we are still smiling like that at 18 years! Congratulations.
