I think because of the angle you shot this at, with the high horizon line it seems almost like a waterfall instead of a tidal plane. I'd like to see more contrast in the foreground water pool.

This image looks a lot better in the Lightbox view.
Possibly I would have liked a fraction more space on the sides and sky but not a serious problem and the current image is OK.

A bit busy but nice image. I added some contrast and did some levels adjustments in order to give you an idea. Sometimes we help each other by editing the uploaded image , but if you don't like it, please let me know, I will remove the image immediately.
