Shooting from their perspective gives a whole new view of the world. I hadn't noticed this so much until I gave my grandson one of those Fisher-Price digital cameras for Christmas and saw what he was shooting. It was quite enlightening.

    Chris,
As a general rule of thumb, shooting from the point of view of small children, always gives photos of them more impact.

Not always like shooting upward in a group of people where all we get to see is nostrils as had become my grandson's favorite shots...he thought it was just great.

My three year old grandchild wanted to take photographs too. She just turned 3 two weeks before when we visited in March. She took these with her cellphone.
