Interesting place you've shown here, Ashish. This reminds me of a place on the ALCAN highway years ago down in Mexico where it came to an abrupt end with a sign for an upcoming bridge...that wasn't there. The road just ended; no barriers, no warning. We were lucky we were there in the daytime.
The ALCAN highway (and I have no clue as to whether it was ever finished) was supposed to be a central highway that started in Canada, went through Canada and eventually through the SW US into Mexico ending in Mexico City.
Very nice image.

Looks like something that J Clarkson & Co should be driving over, but I am left thinking this is a bridge too far photographically? My eye ends abruptly at the end of the bridge unfortunately.
Looks good to me. The bridge leads my view to the partial gap beyond and then towards the distant hillside.
I have a funny idea that there is a gap at the end there between the rock at the LHS to serve as a passage either on foot but not for any vehicle?
Chris, the ALCAN path you describe seem to sound like a drug path that can be used as a passage to Canada,US and back. I hope it wasn't finished.
It looks more to me like a bridge maintained for pedestrians and pack animals. Perhaps the road curves around left into the gap but this looks like a bridge that is intended to cross a ravine where flooding may be possible in the rainy season. The footings on the right side seem to be maintained as does the gap on the left but we can't see the left end very well.
There seems to be some open space beyond the gap and it could be that there is a more modern road there and this is to provide access to a village.
