    Into the City

Went to Toronto last Sunday, by train with some friends, it was later in the afternoon when we arrived, off they wandered at speed with their good body parts, mine on the other hand said dude it is good shooting here. So I listened to them if not they would remind later, so I worked the lower end of Toronto around Union Station and upwards to just north of Queen and Younge. Got a number of good shots and these are two that I just like better then some of the others.

    Cheers: Allan

Both are nice but the first one is definitely meant to be hung on a wall. Terrific composition!

#1 is superb and that traveller completes the image; in the second image-which is also nice- the photographing person in the corner ...; it took me some time to recognize it to be a human figure

Thanks Mike rather like that one myself, going to keep that one in my back pocket for a photo show in the future. Converted a couple to B&W they also look good (more on the high key side than my usual lower key efforts). Thanks again

Both shots are really nice. The first is my favorite. I really enjoyed viewing these.

    Re: Into the City

Thanks Binnur quite happy with both, I have another one where the train stopped maybe about 10 feet closer to where I was standing, ten feet sounds like a lot of distance however I was shooting with a 24mm lens it did frame nicer with the engine closer.
    Again thanks.

Allan, I'm not much on architecture, but, the first shot is really nice with the leading lines and repeating patterns. Very nicely composed. I like the second shot for it's colors, although I think the one you described with the train closer to you would probably be a better composition. Nice shootin', tex.

The first one is breathtaking. Ideally hits my taste. Have you considered turning it into black and white photo?
Second is very nice too but you put the bar very high with showing us the first one. Great work !

Thanks Patryk I do have one in B&W it is not that exact one, the one posted here is a 5 shot vertical pan, the B&W is a single shot. I may post it on Wednesday.
    Thanks for the comments.

    Cheers: Allan
