Yes Brian it is a Clearwing Hummingbird Moth.

A gorgeous picture. We do get Clearwing Moths in the UK, but they are not very common. We are more likely to see the Hummingbird Hawkmoth which has similar habits and appearance to your moth, but does not have the clear wings.
