Re: Hook head lighthouse
This image has great atmosphere!
As it stands, there are three major areas of interest--the wonderful sky--really strong, the bit of water in the rocks--which constantly draws my eye, and the lighthouse--which seems to lack the visual prominence your title suggests. It may be helpful to decide which one you want to make the strongest and look at various crops from that point of view.
One option is to crop the left nearly in to the lighthouse. This may increase the visual weight of the lighthouse and make it more competitive with the sky and the bit of water.
Other crops are also possible and only you can decide what tells the story you want to tell. When you have decided on the crop, then you will know if there are any remaining details which could be eliminated--like the lone vertical pole now on the right third line and the black and blue bits on the left edge.
This image is well worth the time to strengthen it. Thanks for sharing.

Re: Hook head lighthouse
I was also wondering about a crop. Maybe something like half way to the lighthouse on the left and just a little from the sky?

Re: Hook head lighthouse
Thanks for the advice. I was trying to show how a large object can look lost in the vast landscape. The two specks on the left are people.
