Ruby Throated Hummingbird & Orangutan

Below are two photos that I took a few weeks ago. The hummingbird was "wild" and free, and the orangutan was photographed in a zoo.

The Orang has a priceless expression, 'Tell me another joke' comes to mind. The RTH is nice shot, but the Orang steals the show

Thanks for your kind comments William, Randy & Terri. At the times I visit the zoo, the female orangutan pictured always seems to be "happy." She seems to favor the area she's at in the photo, and I sometimes I think she enjoys looking at the zoo visitors, like me, looking at her.

What a cute orangutan, lovely expression The bird image is unlucky to be in the same thread as the orangutan. Although the bird looks nice too, as you say the orangutan steals the show .

Thanks, Binnur. The orangutan always is very expressive and seems to be in good mood whenever I visit the zoo.
