    Lighting and struture make it a good candidate for B&W. Exposure does look well. I would give the crane a little more space on the left side. In my opinion its tied too much to the frame. I also would use more noise reduction and remove the stars, for me they don't work at all in this picture.

    Ok for the HLS,I added some dark space. I erased stars even if I found them useful in the scene.
