It seems very contrasty to me Jean , a lot of darks and brights. But please wait for the other comments to take mine into account as your images are different from the classical portrait style and I'm not a portrait shooter

This is an interesting shot - Lots of shadows add drama to the image. I find the eye makeup a bit overdone and don't love the large shadow just below here lips; it almost looks like a bruise. I also wonder in a tighter crop might not be useful? Your model is looking camera left, yet there is quite a bit of negative space camera right. It really does not seem to be contributing to the image.

I am wondering if this is another shot captured when the model had adopted a pose (or head angle, at least) which wasn't quite how you'd set the lights up for?
The result is that the light to camera right is shining almost straight down from the top of her head, causing the nose and lip shadows, plus the eye sockets are very 'unlit' from a conventional angle, but filled by a reflection (or lamp*) from below.
* I suggest this as the catch lights are an odd shape ('Ice' light?) and her dress is being lit from below under her bust.
The lamp to camera left is quite bright as a rim light, especially lower down her back.
