That brings back memories; and I think anybody would remember the sort of flying experiences I had when I was a schoolkid. Not many hop over Phantoms that are taking off or crash a glider and make a groove in the runway.
Not all on the same day old chap.
Shows how good my memory is, the Chipmunk flown by a red haired Phantom pilot who got me into trouble by saluting me, was in constant contact with the leader and they hopped over us. I had some amazing experiences that no-one ever believes. (My commander was a Spitfire pilot, that was what provoked the memory.)
