The skin is very well textured, in fact if you had told us this was street performance artist posing, I'd have believed you.

If this were mine Gary, I would ...
Crop the left hand side to remove the entire left most picture frame (back of head is a distraction)
Clone out the two remaining half bright spots on LHS
I'd leave the majority of the two rows of lights at the top because they form leading lines to the mannequin's head
However, I would remove (clone out) the one that is right on the edge of frame and I might fiddle with the levels of one or two others to make them more consistent in brightness and shape
I would also clone out the lit vertical edge directly above the hat
On the idea of making the lighting 'interesting', an off camera flash (or two), skilfully positioned and carefully balanced against the ambient light, might produce some good results, although the pose isn't ideal to light from below.
A good capture of an interesting subject never-the-less.
