With regard to cropping; if mine, I would take a little off the bottom and top edges.

It would also respond well to a little selective finesse-ing of eye and beak sharpness.
No doubt it wouldn't have needed that if not shot through a window, but needs must.

Actually, I think the softness of the glass adds a bit of nice moodiness to the bird.
