Maryna,
Had to double click on image to see a reasonable size, I'm assuming you are familiar with exposure considering the camera settings you used. In order to help you knowing why you chose those settings and what was your intended subject would be a good place to start. Based on the title of your thread you wanted to convey the weather conditions, were you trying to freeze the water in motion, where exactly were you focusing the camera? Nice shot.
Thank you! I wanted to freeze the waves not exactly the drops and I took several shots. When I saw this picture I liked it because the drops were in focus and the background was blurry. I found it very interesting but it wasn't my intention. Honestly I don't even remember putting the aperture at 2.8. If I could go back I would maybe use a little bit smaller aperture. What do you think?

Hi Maryna,
You are uploading your pictures to CiC as attachments, but not showing us the larger image. How to do this is covered in Part 2 of this post.
However, we would all be better off if you used the TinyPic method.
Now to your pictures; I like both, although the first works better for me - in the second, I find the area of foreground on the right is a bit too small and looks like a framing error, but it is necessary to see something there to understand why the spray is there.
Hope that helps (HTH), Dave
