I like the concept, Javier. I don't anything about posing and lighting so I look forwards to others' comments
I like it a lot. I like the richness of the color and the lighting. To me, it doesn't seem to be about the wine. I immediately wonder what he is thinking about.
I no expert but for me, that is a very nice and very well conceived portrait. Rich colours, the pose tells a story of appreciating the wine and even the bottle plays a part in balancing the composition. Nice work.
Javier,
I agree with Greg, Jim and John.
It feels so natural, but probably isn't - unless you got unbelievably lucky.
It leaves the mind wondering why this chap decided to enjoy that beverage there, instead of a more comfortable location, but I guess he's a busy chap taking a break from working.
Well done, Dave
Beautifully done. It looks to be slightly underexposed hence the rich colours. I like it a lot.
Cheers Ole
Excellent image. Gets the mind working which is a good thing. Also love the lighting and color tones.
Dave
Great shot, Javier. I do like the deeper darker colors and the dappled light.

Thanks colleagues for your comments. Thanks very muchˇˇˇ
The mottled, soft light is so appealing. There are lots and lots of details in this image that can't be fully appreciated unless seen at the largest viewing size.
I like this very much...
Very nice image
The essence of the image and the drama of the lighting combined with the glass and bottle of wine is very nice. I will suggest cropping passed his knee where the step is though. Then you can zoom in more better, not that it needed to as the story is already being told by his face and his hands on the glass.
The bottom end of the image translates pretty well in Photoshop and while I think a bit more contrast might help with some contrasting higher "lights" on the pants creases. I would also suggest perhaps a tweak to the wine in the glass to pop some of the transparency and to knock down the highlights on his shirt, face and hands.
I too like this image a lot nice work Javier. I wouldn't change any thing.
Another brilliant composition, Javier. I especially like the way that the light falls on both the subject's hand and face. The darkness and moodiness of the image works beautifully.
Any comments are related to my computer screen settings - I see a tiny bit of a cyan / green colour cast (the other images if yours I looked at earlier seem to be a bit cool too) as well as a touch dark in the shadow detail. Is your computer screen calibrated and profiled? Mine is set at the "standard" 120 candela / square meter brightness.
Nice shot, works for me.
