    The patterning on the cocoon really takes my interest. Nice shot, Brian. But I think there might be a bit too much leaf at the top. I would crop to take the black out of the top left corner at least, and possible more to make the cocoon the main subject.

    For me when I get rid of the leaf and the black triangle I lose the hanging feeling

    Good exposure, Brian.

    I can see what Greg means about croping out just that little black triangular bit of background in the top left corner so the leaf fills the whole top left area. But if you take a similar amount from the sides, to retain size ratio, would that then appear a little too cramped?

    It would to me. But if it is just the triangle a bit of cloning would do the trick. I did try it that way but to my eyes the leaf became dominant.

    I did get one or two other shots from different angles and it is still raining so there may be more to come.
