Photos look fine. The first is a juvenile Green Shieldbug; and the second looks like a 7 spot Ladybird, probably freshly emerged judging by the rather orange colour.

Yes Geoff you have a good eye the ladybirds were emerging from the hedges dozens of them i can only think due to a warm day the sun was shining and they were all over me

They are technically good Les,
My only suggestion would be to try #1 with a portrait/vertical orientation with head towards us.
