Ashish,
I like the concept, but feel that either cropping the shot to eliminate some of the dock on the left, and taking a slice off the bottom, would put a bit more emphasis on the boat's pilot while still leaving the strong, bright colours of the chairs in the composition.

I was also wondering about either cropping in a fraction or alternatively pulling back a little, if that was possible.
If cropping, I would be tempted to leave the left side as it is now and lose just a small bit from the right side plus a balancing amount from top and bottom.
Good focus and exposure from what must have been problematic lighting.

Nicely seen, Ashish. I like it. But I agree with others that a slight crop would improve it. I'd crop the left side just enough to cut out the large piling. Well done.
