This is one of the images I was referring to in this thread take two: missed emerging

I like the look but it was a chore trying to focus.

    Hi John,
Can you tell us I bit about the two shots of the Naval Park and Liberty Hound Restaurant?
I like the second one better.

    Hi Bill,

Not sure what you are looking for but I'll cover a few things, both shot at f/11, first one 4sec, ISO 200 and second one 13sec, ISO 100. The building is a combination Naval park and restaurant, both taken at dusk. To the left are a couple of fighter jets. Thanks for commenting.

    Thanks for the feedback John,
I was interested in how the two shots were taken and processed. I thought the second was a longer exposure from the blur in the clouds and wondered if you did anything special to get such vibrant colours in the second shot.

    Hi Bill,

Nothing special, just upped the clarity and played with the color sliders in LR a bit.

Not too keen on the Naval Park variant John. I like the first; it's a nice composition. The HDR treatment of the Naval vessel is spot on. HDR used like this isn't always successful but it suits the subject here.
