Thank you John.
Thank you Jean. Mostly done on Nik Sil pro and Pic monkey.
Yes I like that Sharon.
The sort of image that might engender a UFO related title by those in to Sci-Fi
I guess there's a dual carriageway (road) in a shallow cutting there?
The lamps balance the composition nicely.
Cheers, Dave

Thanks Dave,
It is a rainbow. We get them every day here in Caithness because we get rain every day.
I know it is hard to believe but they get boring after a while.
Had to make something 'different' so this was what I ended up with...and no dual carriageways...just a dirt track.
I was very impressed by the composition, but I would not have guessed at the subject matter. I thought the telegraph posts were marks on my screen until I got in close.
John
+1 to what Donald said. Couldn't be better.
Now this is a really different approach to a rainbow. I would never of guessed the subject if you hadn't told us what it was. A stunning treatment for a wonderful image.
Replying to Rita...but also to comments made by Mark and John..and thanks to you all!
Caithness is right up the very top of Scotland. It has 'weather' ..and lots of it. Rainbows are actually commonplace...
So...to make a different image..I did this mono of a rainbow hitting a derelict croft .
I shall leave Donald to tell ye the history of crofting and clearances in the highlands of Scotland ....should ye be interested.
That is one great image. Beautiful captured.
Thank you Maurice .
Very creative conversion Sharon, I love it
Aaaah..Binnur.....thank you . X
