Wow, thank you all, I deliberately take that route south to go over the bridge, my intent this time was to be there a bit earlier to get the full cloud under the bridge so it was 'floating' but i was a bit delayed enroute and it was already too late when i got there so its a bit of a best of the opportunity as it was in front of me. it re-enforces the 'rule' in so much as there are any, always use a tripod !!

Nandakumar, I must admit to standing at a 'view point' but lower and off to one side from the path on the left side of the road. The ground falls away steeply just in front of me.
