Thank you all for such generous feedback. I blame Izzie - she told me to take a stroll more often
Richard, I am told that salmon and sea trout (white trout) run this short river. It is also stocked with native brown trout sometimes. I have never fished it. I do however fish for sea bass (dicentrarchus labrax) from the shore close to this location. Very nice wrapped in foil on a barbecue.
