I live on the ninth floor and I heard someone yelling frantically outside, I looked down and one person was in the middle of the street screaming into their phone asking for help; the other person was prone on the ground. I don't know what happened but the screamer called for someone to come and get the prone individual, a car arrived about two minutes later and lifted the prone individual into the car; placed his bike in the trunk and drove off. I could barely get a good shot and had to focus manually; I need a fast supertele. Checking the news for clues. Thanks for commenting.
