In the UK, large caterpillars with a small head and thorax, and fat behind often turn into Elephant Hawk moths. Who knows what your beastie is?

We have Hawk moths in the garden. Death Head in particular.

but: iff it were mine, I would be tempted to clone out the brighter areas in the lower left and upper lift corner. Toning down the brightest spots on the Caterpillar, dodging the head a bit and perhaps burning the right hand side off the image to create more emphasis on the head. But that iff it were mine...
