Is it/will it be available from sources other than Amazon?
(I refuse to buy anything from there and have yet to find anything I need as opposed to want that I couldn't get elsewhere).

The edition shown in the OP is labeled "volume 1" and was published in 2016. That appears to be out of print; Amazon has one copy for sale for almost $200. (Yes, Amazon vendors scalp.) However, on the same page, you'll see a single-volume edition published two years later. That version is about $30 and is available from a number of book vendors, not just amazon.

I need to revisit this book. It is not something you read and absorb all the lessons in one shot. Rather, for me, it is a reference text to visit from time to time as I look for improvements in my work.
